- All prices are for standard sized properties and include all rooms, garages, gardens and pool terraces (where applicable). Non-stardard properties with extra rooms (Games Room, Bar, Cellar, Gym etc.) may require an additional charge.
- The number of photographs shot, processed and provided are NOT restricted, I will often shoot more photos than required to give multiple options.
- All prices include one-way driving distances from Portimão up to 80km, distances over 80km incur an additional €20 travel cost. Please Contact Me regarding distances over 120km.
- Due to the Portuguese Privacy Laws all drone flights must be approved by the Autoridade Aeronáutica Nacional. PLEASE NOTE, CURRENTLY, THE AAN REQUIRE 10 DAYS MINIMUM NOTICE!!!!!
